After the latest government announcements, the whole of Lancashire and Blackpool have been placed into tier 4, from midnight tonight (30/1/20). This means that, once again, it is with a very heavy heart that we are forced to lockdown and cease all driving lessons from that time. All theory and practical testing will also be cancelled while we remain in tier 4 regulations.

We know that this is extremely frustrating and we assure you that there is no-one more frustrated than us. We are committed to working when we are allowed to do so, and we know that for many of you, your learning journey has been very stop/start. Many of you are also experiencing horrific delays in trying to get tests, with cancellation after cancellation. The situation is something that we can’t control though, and, as ever, the health and safety of our learners and our instructors has to be our number 1 priority.

As it stands the Government are reviewing the tier system every 14 days, so these restrictions will be in place for a minimum of a fortnight, but could go on for much longer. We apologise for the inconvenience that we know this causes you, and we hope to get back to work and helping you get your tests passed as soon as we are given the green light that we are allowed to do so.

Stay safe and we’ll hopefully see you all as soon as possible in the New Year.
