Book Your DSA Theory Test
You'll need to pass the theory test before you can book your practical driving test, no matter how good a driver you are or how ready you feel to take it
When you go on line or call the DSA to book a practical driving test you'll be asked to provide your theory test pass certificate number - so the advice is simple - get on with the study and pass the theory test as soon as you can. The only thing stopping you is you!
In order to book your theory test you will need your UK driving licence number from your provisional licence. The cheapest and easiest way to book your theory test is likely to be via the DSA’s online signup
You may also book your test by phone by calling 0870 010 1372
Welsh speakers need to call 0870 010 0372, and 0845 600 6700 for Irish
By booking by phone you will have your times immediately and a reference number that you must take with you to the test
